By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any GuestCaddy™ service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
GuestCaddy™ is a technology service that builds and manages AI-powered guest concierge portals for short-term rental hosts. GuestCaddy™ is operated as a service of its parent LLC. References to "GuestCaddy™," "we," "us," or "our" refer to GuestCaddy™ and its operators.

As a GuestCaddy™ client, you are solely responsible for:

GuestCaddy™ reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these acceptable use terms.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize GuestCaddy™ to charge the applicable setup fee and recurring monthly subscription to your payment method. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by contacting george@guestcaddy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your guest portal will be deactivated and guest access codes will no longer function.
GuestCaddy™ is a technology service provider only. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuestCaddy™, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) the client's use of GuestCaddy™ services; (b) the content provided by the client for AI agent training; (c) any violation of these Terms of Service; or (d) any violation of applicable law.
The GuestCaddy™ name, logo, badge, and platform are the intellectual property of GuestCaddy™ and its operators. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the GuestCaddy™ Certified Host badge solely in connection with their active subscription. This license terminates immediately upon cancellation or termination of the client's account.
GuestCaddy™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any client account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms of Service, non-payment, or any conduct that GuestCaddy™ determines to be harmful to its platform, reputation, or other clients. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
GuestCaddy™ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of GuestCaddy™ services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
